Exclusions: If a client chooses to sign up for a challenge with a prop firm that is NOT on the above list, we cannot process refunds for any reason. It is essential to ensure you are enrolling with one of the mentioned prop firms to avail the benefits of our HFT service.
Unforeseen Failures: While we place immense confidence in our HFT, we acknowledge that sometimes, the unthinkable happens. In the rare event that our HFT service does not result in a pass, we pledge to process a full refund of the service fee, no questions asked.
Second Attempts: If, for any reason, we do not achieve a pass in the challenge on the first try, we will make a second attempt at no additional cost to you. On top of that, your next challenge will be on us.
